JJ and his wife, Katy, have been married for 11 years and have 2 wonderful kids. JJ comes from a family with two loving parents who significantly impacted his spiritual journey. His dad was on staff for Young Life for 35 years and built in him a legacy of ministry. He recently returned to Seattle after living 10 years in Spokane, WA. 
JJ is passionate about living out the gospel in hard places and developing sustainable & transformational ministry. He feels deeply connected to the ministry of YFC and grateful to be part of this movement. He recently received a Certificate in Urban Youth Ministry from Fuller Seminary.
In his spare time, he loves playing with his kids, finding good restaurants with his bride, running and reading a good book.

Dan Wolgemuth
Youth For Christ /USA, INC.

Before YFC Dan spent 28 years in corporate work, including eight years with General Electric. Dan and his wife, Mary, have a long and rich history with the organization. Dan’s father, Sam, served as President of Youth for Christ from 1965-1973. Dan has served on the National Board of Trustees from 1995 to present. Dan is a member at Colorado Community Church in Denver. Dan was elected to the Board of Trustees of Taylor University in 2006.  In addition, Dan has written extensively.  He currently writes a weekly devotional message called “Friday Fragments” that is widely accepted within and without Youth for Christ. It is posted on Dan’s blog site www.FridayFragments.com Dan was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters by Huntington University on May 12, 2012. Dan and Mary have three married children, all living in Denver, CO:  Andrew and Chrissy, parents of Malia, Davey and Naomi; Erik and Kendal, parents of Graham, Tess and Rowan; and Alli and Christopher Horst, parents of Desmond and Abe.

Bob Ayres

Bob and his wife Kathy were both raised in Florida and graduated from the University of Florida. Since 1994, they have lived in Louisville, Kentucky. Bob and Kathy have five adult children and ten grandchildren who are all under eight years old. Following seminary, Bob’s career included teaching middle/high school, directing an educational/counseling center, and leading a non-profit serving people impacted by brain injury. At the fullness of time, God called Bob and Kathy to begin Deaf Teen Quest DTQ in 2000 based on over two decades of Deaf and youth ministry experience. Bob earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Beeson Divinity School (Samford University) and is the author of Deaf Diaspora: The Third Wave of Deaf Ministry which is used as a textbook in several Deaf ministry programs. Bob is also the founder of a publishing company that specializes in Deaf Ministry resources.

Justin Bullis is a songwriter, worship pastor, dad-joke teller, and Uber driver from Denver, Colorado.  He has partnered with YFC in a variety of settings over the past 8 years, including 7 YFC Camps, the Midwinter conference, and various conferences and staff training events.  When he's not playing music, he can be found shopping at thrift stores, doing the dishes, or posting pictures of his kids on Instagram.
